Thomas Neubauer is founder and Managing Director of Symena.
Dr. Neubauer has more than ten years of experience with automatic cell planning (ACP) and mathematical optimisation.  That experience has been applied to GSM, WCDMA, CDMA, WiMAX and LTE network design and operations.  His academic background is in smart antennas and MIMO systems.  Dr. Neubauer holds a Ph.D. in telecommunications engineering from the Vienna University of Technology.

Martin Toeltsch is a founder, Chief Technical Officer and a director of Symena.
Dr. Toeltsch has more than ten years of experience in propagation prediction, software development and radio technologies.  That experience has been applied to solving the radio network design problem through Symena’s market leading Capesso™, Greenfield™ and Aurad™ by Symena ACP tools.  His academic background is in propagation channel modelling and software development.  Dr. Toeltsch holds a Ph.D. in telecommunications engineering from the Vienna University of Technology.

Christopher Millhouse is the Business Development Director of Symena.
Mr. Millhouse has been involved in entrepreneurial start-ups in the software and banking industries for more than twenty years.  He has been on board with Symena since very soon after its inception.  He holds academic qualifications in business, mathematics and operations management.  Mr. Millhouse received his MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
